Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards for all returns and refunds.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Products arrive damaged, spoiled, or defective
  • Incorrect items were shipped
  • Products are past their expiration date upon arrival
  • Quality issues that affect food safety or taste

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products that have been opened, consumed, or are no longer in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

If you receive a product that meets our refund criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your refund request:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You may be offered a replacement product or store credit as an alternative
